Limited Lifetime Warranty
All products have been thoroughly tested to be free of defects in material and workmanship. If any product should malfunction while used in its recommended environment during the applicable warranty period, CoreMicro, at its option, will repair or replace the product at no charge, provided the product or any part thereof has not been abused, misused, neglected, replaced, repaired, or modified. CoreMicro shall make the
final determination as to the existence and cause of any defect. CoreMicro will not repair or replace any product that has a "limited lifetime" which fails solely because its estimated life has expired.
Warranty Claim Procedures and Requirements:
You may return the product directly to CoreMicro, after first obtaining a Return Material Authorization ("RMA") number from CoreMicro. An RMA number is obtained by sending an email to rma@coremicro.ca , or by submitting the online RMA Form.
Once you have obtained an RMA number from CoreMicro, you must, within ten (10) days, send the product freight prepaid and insured to: |

Products shipped to CoreMicro must be properly packaged to prevent damage in transit. You must include the CoreMicro RMA number prominently displayed on the outside of your package. CoreMicro is not responsible for any RMA inbound shipments, please insure your shipment.
IF YOU SEND YOUR PRODUCT TO COREMICRO WITHOUT THE RMA NUMBER PROMINENTLY DISPLAYED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE, IT MAY BE RETURNED TO YOU UNOPENED. |
